Highland Love, Ibiza

Carolyn and Kevin had decided they wanted their big day in Ibiza, but aside, had no idea where to begin when they first started planning. Planning a wedding can super nerve wracking for a couple, no matter the size, especially when it’s a destination wedding. The couple knew they wanted an intimate affair, which meant the YWC Minimony option was perfectly suited to them.

Joanne aka JAM FACE is my Minimony package MUA, a highly-sought after Ibiza-based British artist, known for her work with Gucci, Vogue, Vice and The Independent to name but a few. Bridal makeup and hair plays a big part of Joanne´s expertise and job. For her, being part of someones big day is a very special and fulfilling moment, ensuring that her Bride’s glow and sparkle exactly the way they want it to. She danced her brushes over Carolyns face beautifully, to give her the perfectly natural look she’d been dreaming of for her big day.

Carolyn wanted an understated mix of seasonal flowers, a beautiful fusion of simple white blooms with eucalyptus leaves which is why my dear friends at @flowers_ibiza were perfectly suited for the task.

Carolyn and Kevin selected S’Argamassa Villas, a beautiful cliff-side spot nestled amongst private gardens, in a tranquil area of Santa Eulalia. S’Argamassa Villas is a small gated complex of fifteen white stucco casas each with a private pool and sun terrace, moments from the beach, making it the perfect location for the happy couple and their family and friends to celebrate uninterrupted, as well as soak up the Ibizan sun throughout their stay.
 
Yet, the lively marina of Santa Eulalia is just a ten minute drive away from S’Argamassa Villas, so they popped in and out of their private bubble, to enjoy some of the great bars and restaurants on the port, overlooking the twinkling Med, as and when they wished to.
